Three Ways to Wear a Blush Blazer

Hi friends! Welcome back to AArielRenee. In case you missed last weeks blog post, you can read it here. I discussed all things Kayla Itsines BBG, so if you’re interested in a quick, no weights (but also kickass) workout program, check it out! This week I’m sharing a wardrobe staple that’s a necessity for every woman’s closet; a blush blazer! They’re practical and versatile while also classic and trendy. They fit into all categories! My exact one is from Tj Maxx, so I’m linking a bunch of others from different retailers at the end of this blog post. I’ve got a couple of fashion posts about versatility, like Jean Skirt Outfits and 3 Ways To Wear: Babydoll Tee, so I’m really excited to share another one. Let’s dive into three ways to wear a blush blazer!

A blush blazer goes with a range of outfits; casual, work, and date (side note, when I say “date outfit”, I mean any sort of date – with a significant other, a girlfriend, a family date, or a date with yourself! I like to think that the term has a wider interpretation than just something you do with a significant other. It’s 2019, you can have a date with whoever you want and wear whatever you want!). The first look I’m sharing is pretty casual; you could wear this running errands, going to work (maybe not with ripped jeans though!), attending a family dinner, hanging out with friends, or anything else! A blush blazer adds something a little extra to an otherwise pretty usual (but so reliable) jeans and tee combo. Swap out the sneakers for strappy heels in the warmer months, or boots/booties in the colder months.

Look number two is a great work outfit. A blush blazer paired with all black (or all white) really pops. I’ve also worn this look out to dinner before and have gotten quite a few compliments. If heels are too much for you, switch them out for flats, ankle booties, or tall boots (which I’ve also worn before and loved! There’s nothing better than a good pair of tall black boots).

My last and final look featuring a blush blazer is a dressy, fun date night outfit. I really like the romper – blazer combo. It adds a touch of sophistication and looks really chic!

Phew, I think I’ve listed all possible outfit combinations with a blush blazer (but more will probably come to mind!). Blogging about fashion is really fun because it challenges me to get creative with my wardrobe and make the most with what I have. You don’t have to be rich or a highly successful fashion blogger to make unique outfits. Just get creative with what you already own! Although I should mention, that does come with a lot of trial and error, haha. I’ve had plenty of errors and will probably make more cringe worthy fashion mistakes – but that’s part of life! Anyways I hope you all enjoyed this type of blog post. Even though it takes more time to put together, it’s really fun to share different looks with the same piece. I’m all about bang for your buck!
