Madewell Wide Leg Pants
Happy spring! I am SO happy we can officially say it’s spring time. I love spring weather (even if we are only graced with it for a short period here in Maryland) because it’s the most comfortable season to be outside. Scratch that, it’s probably the third best season (allergies knock it down a few levels). Aside from the sniffly nose and itchy eyes, spring weather is amazing because you can finally pull out those summer patterns and jean shorts you’ve been waiting to wear. The first thing I pulled out for spring was these Madewell wide leg pants!

I bought these last year and fell in love with them. They were my first ever pair of statement pants! I was skeptical about the statement pants trend because I wasn’t sure I could pull it off or how long it would stick around for, but I’m so glad I took the plunge because they’re awesome! They’re so flattering, very comfy, and the perfect statement-yet-neutral pair of pants. They’re also on sale! Use the code HEYBUDS to get 25% off. They come in a bunch of other patterns and solid colors so you could definitely pair them with a lot of different pieces. I’ve paired mine with solid colors like white, coral, tan, and stripes (this is my first stripes-on-stripes outfit and I love it!). I wore these during a day out in Charleston and they were perfect for the weather. On a sort of related note, Charleston was such a fun trip! Stay tuned for my recap of my sisters bachelorette party & a travel guide for Charleston. I was only there for a few days so I couldn’t do everything I had on my list, but the activities I did do were so much fun! It’s a cute town with tons of great photo spots – perfect for an aspiring lifestyle blogger like myself and a million others – and AMAZING food. Everything really is fried down south and super tasty!
I hope everyone had a great weekend and a great spring break this month! This trip got me so pumped for a few summer vacations I have planned – Oh, how I’ve missed the warm weather. Have a fantastic week, and as always, thank you for reading!
