Corduroy Pants

Happy Thanksgiving! Well..in a few days. But close enough! I love Thanksgiving, but I also love Christmas. Everyone is so focused on Christmas that the Thanksgiving festivities often get overlooked, including fun things like picking out an outfit to wear for the turkey day. But let’s be honest…it’s hard to find motivation to dress up really cute when the reality is, you’re sitting in a relative’s dining room and living room all night, stomach so full you just want to wear stretchy sweatpants. That’s totally me, especially after my second helping of mashed potatoes. So, to address the dilemma of Thanksgiving being so short and wanting to be comfortable, I’m bringing you an outfit idea that’s good for Thanksgiving, Christmas and the rest of the winter months – corduroy pants!

I spontaneously picked up these corduroy pants from Urban Outfitters, and they’re still available! I really love the dark green color because it’s transitional between holidays. It’s also just a very pretty color in general. I’ve already worn them quite a few times, including on my fall road trip and to work (check my instagram stories for all of my work and casual outfits!).
