Gal Meets Glam Coat in Charleston

Hi guys! I’m writing this post from cloudy Maryland. I’m so sad to have left Charleston but also really happy that I had such a great time. Ryan and I loved it so much! It was special showing him around the city for his first time. I’m working on another Charleston blog post with info from this trip that will be up soon. Packing for trips is always really hard for me because I want to bring everything, but this time I strategically planned out an outfit for each day (..and a few back up ones just in case!). One of the pieces that I was most excited to wear was this furry pink coat!

This is the cutest pink fur coat ever!! I felt like a 50’s film star in Hollywood. I scooped up this Glam Meets Glam coat when they had a major sale a little while ago and had to pack it for Charleston so it could be back in it’s home town! (GMG was started in Charleston). This is my first GMG piece and it’s absolutely stunning. I was a little hesitant about bright pink and faux fur together, but it’s so beautiful and doesn’t look “too much.” It’s also pretty warm too! I wore it with jeans and sneakers along with a floral jumpsuit and heels. It’s surprisingly versatile for a statement coat!

With spring just around the corner, it’s time to start thinking about transitioning into lighter layers in brighter colors. Gal Meets Glam is launching a line of spring coats and they look really cute! I have my eye on the Sage coat. You can view the line here.
